PCR-IAF16 is an economical dual-channel isothermal amplification fluorescence PCR detection system that is compact and lightweight. It is suitable for rapidly detecting viruses, mycoplasmas, fungi and other microorganisms. It is very popular in disease prevention and control, agriculture and forestry.
The sidelight detection system can detect a minimum of 20 ul reaction volume, saving experimental materials and reagents and improving detection accuracy.
The accuracy of temperature control is up to 0.1°C. The fluorescence signal is monitored in real-time to avoid subjective errors caused by manual interpretation.
