 How to use a colony counter?

To use the bacterial colony counter, place the agar plate on the counting surface and turn on the light. Observe the colonies using the magnifying lens. Count the colonies by either marking them with a pen or tapping a button on the device. The colony counter will automatically tally the total number of colonies.
