Frozen Tissue Grinding Machine Features:

  1. Preset grinding plan, single group cycle or multiple groups of intermittent grinding; grinding conditions are automatically recorded, and the recording interval is adjustable to facilitate traceability analysis.

  2. It can be refrigerated to -50°C. Low temperature can improve the brittleness of the sample, improve grinding efficiency and effect; low temperature protection prevents thermal degradation of the extract. The refrigeration starts continuously when the door is opened, and it quickly enters the grinding state. It only takes 30 minutes to drop the temperature from 26ºC to -50ºC.

  3. High-frequency vertical bead grinding method, the same plane is uniformly stressed to ensure the crushing effect and uniformity of the sample.

  4. When a low-temperature grinding environment is required, immerse the adapter with the sample in liquid nitrogen to cool down for 1-2 minutes, remove it, and move it to the mainframe for quick fixation to start the grinding; no need to carry out the freezing process again, saving liquid nitrogen.

  5. The sample tube is fully closed during crushing; disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used. The sample is kept inside the tube, avoiding cross-contamination between samples and external contamination.
