The shell is entirely made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the cabinet base is made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate. The inner and outer surfaces are coated with acid washed phosphating epoxy resin powder and subjected to baking and curing treatment.
The inner liner of the cabinet (upper, lower, left, and right inner lining panels) is all made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene resin) board; On the right side of the cabinet bottom, there is a 304 adjustable air inlet with a stainless steel adjustable air valve; The bottom layer inside the cabinet has a landfill chamber (leakage tank) that can store no less than 120mm thick yellow sand, used for burying flammable materials such as metallic sodium and yellow phosphorus (white phosphorus).
