Laser Particle Size Analyzer Feature:

Dry dispersion:

When it reaches the disperser outlet, the sample has been fully dispersed. The laser beam passes through the sample and enters the collector. The ultrasonic time, stirring speed and circulation speed can be set according to the difficulty of sample dispersion. Good shielding treatment allows ultrasonic dispersion and sample testing to be carried out simultaneously. The high-power ultrasonic device (100W) can fully disperse even particles with super agglomeration to obtain true particle size distribution data.

 

Test data: It can process data averaging, statistics, comparison and mode conversion, with multiple formats such as differential distribution, cumulative distribution, standard classification, R-R distribution, custom classification, classification by mesh, etc., with multiple modes such as single peak, double peak, multi-peak and mixed peak.
