The new generation of gas-phase liquid nitrogen tank series can provide increased capacity, high-density, deep low-temperature liquid nitrogen storage, equipped with vacuum insulated liquid nitrogen transfer hoses, providing users with a fully automatic, safe and reliable ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen storage system. It can store 15600-94500 2ml cryovials, and more than 90% of the outer surface of the tank is covered with vacuum insulation layer to prevent liquid nitrogen loss of the tank body. Partial mouth opening design, compact appearance and maximum internal usage space. The rotatable sector design facilitates sampling, and the liquid nitrogen storage intelligent monitoring and management system provides higher usability and sample safety.
This series adopts advanced evacuation technology, high vacuum multi-layer insulation technology, and high vacuum persistent maintenance technology to ensure safe storage of fault free samples, good and uniform temperature characteristics, and low liquid nitrogen consumption. The bottom of the tray is designed with a large capacity, and the tray is made of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy material. During gas-phase storage, the temperature difference in the entire storage area does not exceed 10 ºC, and the top of the freezer can be as low as -190 ºC.
