PCR-RFQ964/165 is a 96-well real-time quantitative PCR system. Based on innovative signal acquisition and spectral separation technology, combined with unique temperature control technology, the real-time qPCR system has reached an advanced level in detection sensitivity, multi-color crosstalk correction, temperature uniformity and accuracy.

The real-time fluorescence PCR system provides 4-channel or 5-channel configurations and is compatible with dye- and probe-based PCR reagents, making it easy to implement multiplex PCR detection. The real-time qPCR system supports standard analysis methods such as absolute quantification, genotyping, HRM, MMCA, and gene expression analysis.

 

Real-time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Detection System Features:

1. Ultra-fast ramping: The uniquely designed cooling system can maintain precise high-speed heating and cooling, with an average operating noise of 50 decibels.

2. Innovatively designed optical system: Based on confocal scanning fluorescence detection technology, it can effectively remove the interference of background light and excitation light, obtain fluorescence signals with high signal-to-noise ratio, and save the use of fluorescent probes and dyes.

3. High resolution: resolves 1.33 times the difference in concentration. The Fluorescence QPCR Detection System amplification assay provides excellent reproducibility and good amplification efficiency.

4. Excellent repeatability: Robust design ensures excellent consistency from run to run.

5. Efficient multiplexed PCR assays with good reproducibility and linear range.

6. The Fluorescence QPCR Detection System can analyse up to 5 target genes in one reaction.

7. The Real-time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR System is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity to support remote connections without the need for data cables.

8. Ultra-fast reaction mode(ONLY PCR-RFQ165)

   Thanks to the innovative data acquisition design and high-speed temperature control system, the detection time of 5-color 16-well can be shortened to 2 seconds, which can minimize the difference in PCR extension time of different wells caused by the detection time. The experiment of 40 cycles can be completed in 20 minutes. The yellow curve is the standard speed of conventional instruments (60 minutes, 40 cycles), and the blue curve is the fast mode (25 minutes, 40 cycles).
